SMS / Text Message Program

RE:VOLT (operated by Second Life Bikes, "we," "us") offers SMS notifications related to bike trade-ins, consignments, and payouts.

How you sign up. You will only receive text messages from us if you give verbal consent at the time of your in-store trade-in or consignment intake and our staff records that consent on your trade-in record. We do not sign anyone up automatically.

What we send. Transactional messages only. Examples include: confirmation that your trade-in has been accepted, a secure link to enter your debit card for a Flash Cash payout, a notification that your consigned bike has sold and a link to claim your payout, and reminders if a
payout link has not yet been used.

Frequency. Up to 5 messages per trade-in or consignment. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text messages.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. RE:VOLT does not charge you to receive these messages.

How to stop messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT)
to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To resubscribe, reply START.

Supported carriers. Messages are sent via Twilio and are supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information & Data Sharing

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with
any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile
information collected as part of the SMS program (including phone number,
opt-in status, and message content) is used solely to deliver the transactional
notifications described above and is not sold, rented, or shared with third
parties for their own marketing use. Information may be shared only with our
SMS service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver these messages, and as
required by law.
