15mile-15-Day Limited Return & Refund Policy
This 15mile-15-Day Limited Return & Refund Policy (“Return Policy”) applies to products purchased directly from RE:VOLT (“RE:VOLT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (the “Products”).
Return Period
If you are the original purchaser of a Product, you may request a return for any reason within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the Product was delivered to you, as confirmed by carrier tracking (the “Return Period”).
To be eligible, you must notify RE:VOLT of your intent to return the Product within the Return Period.
Return Eligibility Requirements
A Product is eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are the original purchaser
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued by RE:VOLT
- The Product is returned in the same condition as when delivered
- No more than 15 miles have been added to the odometer
- The Product shows no signs of misuse, excessive wear, damage, modification, or alteration
- The Product is returned using the original packaging
Products that do not meet these requirements may be deemed ineligible for return and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Ineligible / Final-Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Products sold as part of a Clearance Sale
- Battery products
- Products that have been modified, altered, damaged, or improperly used after delivery
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except where the Product arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Products must be properly packaged using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
If a Product arrives damaged, you must notify RE:VOLT within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, RE:VOLT will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned Products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
If a Product does not meet return eligibility requirements, RE:VOLT may deny the refund or issue a partial refund reflecting any loss in value, damage, or required reconditioning.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Timing for funds to appear in your account may vary based on your payment provider.
Condition Disputes
RE:VOLT documents Product condition prior to shipment and during return inspection. Inspection determinations are made using commercially reasonable standards consistent with RE:VOLT’s pre-owned inspection process.
